The people of Alton and the surrounding villages have the chance to put forward their views on the future of their area at a meeting of Alton Community Forum, being held next Tuesday, February 26, at 6.30pm in the Alton Maltings Centre.
If you think your area needs more employment opportunities, better facilities for young people, affordable or a safer environment – East Hampshire District Council is keen to hear your views.

Residents' opinions will be incorporated into the Community Strategy for the area that guides joint work by councils, police, health services and voluntary agencies.

Residents can also comment on-line via the EDDC website: www.easthants.gov.uk.

Links can be found towards the bottom of the home page from Quick Links and Around the District.

EHDC community forum meetings are also being held at the council offices, Petersfield on March 4 and at the Millennium Hall, Liphook, on March 18, both starting at 6.30pm.
