Bluebell walk at Froxfield in aid of Petersfield charity

FAMILIES are invited to enjoy a stroll through bluebell woods in Froxfield to raise money for a local charity.

Organised by Jenny Toomer in memory of Steep resident Colonel David Sime, the walk is in aid of Hounds for Heroes.

The Petersfield based charity provides specially trained assistance dogs to injured and disabled men and women of both the UK Armed Forces and the Emergency Services.

The annual walk at Venthams Farm, Petersfield GU32 1DH on Sunday, April 30, is free and open to all, including pets.

Walkers can set off between 10.30am and 1pm, and there are four different length walks to suit ability meandering through beautiful private bluebell woodland.

Refreshments and Barbecue are available.

There is no admission charge but donations on the day will gratefully be received.
