Ludshott Photographic Club held its second club print competition at St Luke's Hall in Grayshott.
A large entry of 55 prints from members gave judge, John Holmes ARPS a busy evening.

Mr Holmes gave an abundance of constructive comments and, where appropriate, explained how he felt improvements could have been made either at the time of pressing the shutter or during processing.

He noted the generally higher quality of prints made by the advanced group.

Top marks given to six prints were: Beginners Group: 'Old Canal' by Iain Morrison, 'Natalie 2' by Brian Thomas; Intermediate Group: 'Past and Future' by Carol Sheppard, 'Hoar Frost on Ludshott Common' by Roger Saunders; Advanced Group: 'The Gates of Hell' by Jim Henson, 'Portrait of a Fly' by Gordon Rae.

For more information about the club contact John Dumble on 01428 713813.
