Forest Road, Whitehill, will be closed to through traffic for the following three and a half weeks, while Hampshire County Council carries out footway resurfacing work.
The work started on Monday and is expected to last for approximately a month.

A town council spokesman said: "During this time every effort will be made by our contractors to allow vehicular access to and from your property. However, there may be times when a short delay is unavoidable and we would like to apologise in advance should any inconvenience be caused."
