GOOD weather throughout spring meant the Headley Horticultural Society enjoyed one of its most successful summer shows for some time.
The show, held in Headley Village Hall on Saturday, June 28, had 25 per cent more entries than last year.

Member John Gamble said: “The standard was very high and one of the judges said that some of the vegetable exhibits were of a national standa

Show secretary Sandra Collett said she was delighted with how the show had gone, and paid tribute to all the members and committee who had contributed to make the day such a success.
