Alton is to host its very first Strictly Dance Extravaganza on Saturday July 31 at The Community Centre.
The dance competition, which is in aid of the Wessex Cancer Trust, runs for just one night and sees seven couples battle it out to become Hampshire's first champion.
Seven ladies from the general public will team up with seven of the very best professionals from the world of Latin and Ballroom dancing.
The competition will be judged by a selected panel of judges including MP Damien Hinds and Strictly Come Dancing's professional Kylie Jones.
The evening, which begins at 7.30pm, will include professional performances, a buffet and licensed bar.
Tickets are £15 per person (in advance) or £25 per person (on the night).
