The Claire Phoenix Band play at the Music In The Park in Gostrey Meadows in Farnham on Sunday, July 5 from 3pm to 5pm.
The band, which features the vocals of Claire Phoenix, plays a sophisticated mix of soul, pop and jazz. The set includes music from vocalists such as Nina Simone and Ella Fitzgerald as well as contemporary singers such as Diana Krall and Amy Winehouse.
The band consists of Vic Cracknell on keyboards, Steve Grattan on bass and Tom Vincent on drums.
Vic Cracknell said: "This line-up of the band is quite new and sounding good. We are enjoying playing classic songs which are either very soulful or have a swing to them.
"We have a good set for parties and functions and hope that people will enjoy our set at Music In The Park. Also we are hoping for a sunny afternoon!"
