The man who helped to mastermind the creation of the Petersfield Food Festival believes the second running of the event this weekend will put it on the path to bigger and better things.
While this year's event will be similar in size to the inaugural 2008 event, which attracted over 10,000 people, Philip Haines harbours a dream of expanding the festival so that it includes the whole of the town centre in years to come.
