Fresh from their sell out in November of Fiddler on The Roof, Petersfield Theatre Group are now putting the finishing touches to what is already proving likely to be an even more successful run of the musical version of the well-loved children’s book, Goodnight Mister Tom.

Bootworks Theatre Company will be bringing their stage adaptation of Oliver Jefferies

AN ORCHESTRA set up to raise money for charity will give a performance in Privett this month.

An exciting clarinet quartet, Ensemble Concertante, will be giving the next concert at St Peters Church in Petersfield at 7.30pm on Saturday 11 May. The quartet comprises Robert Blanken, Emma Alexandra, Sally Cartwright and Spence Bundy and they have performed internationally as soloists, recorded at the Maida Vale Studios for Radio 3 and Radio 2's Friday Night is Music Night and played with numerous orchestras and chamber groups.  Recently they were interviewed by BBC Radio 4 journalist ,Jenny Cuff, in the Hyde 900 series for The Art of Conversation.
          Ensemble Concertante play a versatile repertoire covering a broad palette of styles from classical to Jazz and contemporary that delights and moves audiences all over the country.
          Tickets: �8 (�5 Concessions) are on sale from One Tree Books, telephone: 01730 261199.  St Peters Wine Bar will be open both before the Concert and during the interval.
