Petersfield Museum and the Flora Twort Gallery open for 2013 this month.

To celebrate, on Saturday, March 16, 11-3pm, both venues will hold a joint family fun day, with object handling, new art and costume displays, face painting and jewellery making at the gallery, and new social history and archaeology displays, family history (11am-1pm), new interactive exhibits and the new Petersfield town trail at the museum.

The gallery will also host an exhibition by Anna Jones from March 12-23.

The gallery next to St Peter’s Church just off The Square, is open Tuesday to Saturday, 10am-4pm.

Admission is free.
