At the November meeting of Liss Horticultural Society, guest speaker Brian Madders spoke about the importance of growing chrysanthemums in gardens, as some varieties are no longer available.
His slides demonstrated how to grow them and take cuttings, and showed particularly fine blooms.
The next meeting is on Tuesday, December 1, at 7.30pm at the Triangle centre. Brian Kidd will talk on looking forward to summer.
