CHILDREN have been spinning a yarn at Petersfield Infant School with a popular knitting club.
The children knitted squares which were then put together by the leaders of the lunch time group, Mrs Purchase and Mrs Stone.
The blanket was then taken to St Peter's Veterinary Centre for use with its long care animals and was accepted by John Wakefield, a senior veterinary partner at the practice.
