Recycling centres to close earlier

Recycling centres across East Hampshire are closing earlier as the evenings get darker.
Household Waste Recycling Centre sites at Omega Park, Alton; Station Road, Bordon; and Bedford Road, Petersfield are shutting early because of the risk of people injuring themselves while moving heavy items in the dark.
Gates will be opened at 8am as usual, but will close earlier at 4pm, seven days a week.
