Easter card winning design unveiled

Petersfield Area Churches Together will be delivering 8,000 Easter cards to households in the Petersfield and neighbouring areas.

This year the competition to design the card was run by Churcher’s College Junior School in Liphook.

Chair of PACT, Father Peter Hollins from St Laurence Church, judged the competition and chose the winner, nine-year-old Ella Conder.

She received £20 of tokens for purchases at Unity Bookshop in Folly Lane, Petersfield.

In selecting Ella’s winning entry, Father Hollins said: “There were so many to choose from but I settled on Ella’s because of the attractive colouring and the clear message it gives of Easter Blessings.”

PACT will be holding its service in the Square on Good Friday, March 29 at 10am – everyone is welcome to join in.
