Free guided bird walk plus drinks and cake

A free guided bird walk of Bordon Inclosure and the Deadwater Valley Local Nature Reserve will take place on January 19.

The walk will be led by an eco-town countryside ranger, with help from the RSPB North East Hampshire Group.

On the tour, walkers are likely to see finches, tits, thrushes, herons and egrets, as well as many birds that have migrated from Scandinavia.

Walkers should meet at the Eco-station at 8.30am and will be back at the Eco-station at approximately 10.15am for hot drinks and cake.
