Women's Div: Aldershot 130 Pink Maidens 131-4:
AFTER a last minute change of venue Pink Maidens elected to field first. They got off to a good start with Hughes taking four wickets in her first four overs, one of which was a two-wicket maiden.
Eccott also had a good spell, taking three wickets in her eight overs, the final wicket going to Staveley.

Despite some good fielding there were missed chances and Simmons (52*) helped Aldershot to a total of 130.

Greetham and Stavely gave Pink Maidens a steady start before Staveley was bowled. Some majestic shots from Greetham followed with sound batting from Budd who was then bowled by Plume for 24.

With the score at 60-2 Hughes showed that she meant business by hitting her first ball for four. Greetham went leg before for 24.

Eccott joined Hughes and the score mounted. After Eccott (12) was caught Austin kept her head and in the 29th over the winning four was hit by Hughes (45*) who made her top score to date.
