A DOG unit was sent to a house between Liss and Hawkley on January 15 following an attempted break-in.
The would-be thieves left empty-handed as they disturbed the owner while trying to enter an outbuilding off Snailing Lane.
A response and patrol unit was also deployed following the incident around 12.40pm.
