POLICE are appealing for information after five people were assaulted at a pub in Headley near Bordon.

Officers were called to The Holly Bush, in High Street, just after 9pm on Saturday December 16.

A group of people attended the pub, where a function was taking place, and shortly afterwards an altercation broke out.

Five people, including two members of staff, were assaulted. No serious injuries were reported.

Three people, a 45-year-old man and a 16-year-old boy, both from Bordon, and a 28-year-old man from Liphook, have voluntarily attended a police station and been interviewed under caution.

Detective Constable Jon Swift said: “We know that there was a large number of people at the pub that evening who will have witnessed the incident.

“We would like to speak to anyone who saw what happened and hasn’t yet spoken to us, and particularly anyone who may have captured images or footage of the incident.”

Anyone with information should call police on 101, quoting 44170488049.

Alternatively, people can call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111, where information can be left anonymously.
