THE MOVE to make so-called ‘legal highs’ illegal, which came into force on Thursday last week, is supported by Hampshire’s newly elected Police and Crime Commissioner, Michael Lane.
This would help remove the false perception the psychoactive substances were safe, whereas they were potentially lethal.
