Three people have been injured, with one taken to hospital, following a two-vehicle collision at a busy Haslemere junction today.

Emergency services were called to the junction of Sturt Road and Midhurst Road at around 11am on Thursday, July 30, after reports of a crash involving two vehicles.

Surrey Police attended alongside crews from South East Coast Ambulance Service (SECAMB) and Surrey Fire and Rescue Service.

A spokesperson for Surrey Fire and Rescue Service said: “We received a call this morning around 11.15am to a report of an RTC on Bell Road, Haslemere.

“We sent two fire engines. Two cars were involved in a collision, with an injured individual requiring extrication. Ambulance and police services were also in attendance.

“The incident was cleared and crews began leaving the scene around 12.40pm.”

The collision led to the temporary closure of the junction, affecting access to Kingsley Green while emergency services dealt with the incident. The road reopened at around 2pm.

Surrey Police have not released any further details about the circumstances of the collision.
