A DRIVER from Rowlands Castle was fined £220 and received three penalty points after being caught speeding.
Ryan Christopher Clements, 43, of Oaklands Avenue, drove a Peugeot at 48mph in a 40mph zone on the B2149 Petersfield Road in Havant on February 27.
He was also ordered to pay £85 costs plus a £30 victim surcharge.
A man who drove a Renault Kangoo people carrier in Chalton Lane, Chalton, with insufficient tread on its tyres on December 12 last year received three penalty points.
Philip Wilson, 58, of Lily Avenue, Widley, was ordered to pay £85 costs plus a £44 victim surcharge by North Hampshire magistrates.
