AN ANARCHIST cook, fun-loving puppies and a wedding that isn’t – it’s all in the entertaining mix in the new season at The Phoenix Theatre and Arts Centre.
Comedy highlights include George Egg on February 18, at 8pm, with his touring Anarchist Cook show where audiences can sample a three-course meal cooked on stage at the Bordon venue.
The theatre is continuing to welcome challenging shows, including The Eulogy of Toby Peach, at the venue on Saturday, at 7.30pm. This tells the tale of one man’s journey with cancer.
An array of children’s shows are included too, including Stopgap Theatre’s Night at the Theatre on March 4 at 2pm – a fun, family adventure.
And pre-schoolers will love adorable puppy Oskar in Oskar’s Amazing Adventure about his quest for friendship in the Alps. This is on March 18 at 2pm.
Everyone loves a June wedding, and Our June’s Wedding is a unique experience from Theatre Exchange, now booking for June 3. This will be held at St Matthew’s Church in Blackmoor. It’s a play that isn’t quite a play, and a wedding that isn’t.
