Landscape Reflections, an exhibition of works by artist and landscape architect Paul J Best can be seen at Queen Elizabeth Country Park until November 30.

This exhibition builds on the success of the opening of Landscape Reflections at the Five Bells at Buriton, followed by exhibitions at the Phoenix Arts Centre at Bordon and the Art café in Winchester.

The exhibition will feature more than 25 works, including original paintings and limited edition prints inspired by the Queen Elizabeth Country Park and the South Downs.

Paul studied Landscape Architecture at Cheltenham College of Art and Fine Art at Southampton Institute and has been a landscape architect in Hampshire for the past 25 years. He has designed a number of award-winning public realm projects in Hampshire including the Millennium promenade and ‘Timespace’ located on the Gosport waterfront.

Landscape Reflections will feature works created in acrylic paints with the distinctive incorporation of reflective paints used to capture and reflect light in the works. The paintings are often heavily textured incorporating pastes, sand and gold leaf.
