There’s been yet another accident at the Durford Road crossroads in Petersfield.

Several readers have got in touch with the Post this morning to report a serious collision at the blackspot on Pulens Lane.

Crews from all three emergency services are in attendance.

There have been constant pleas for Hampshrie County Council to begin safety improvement works at the crossroads, with Cllr Russell Oppenheimer raising his frustrations with the delay during last Thursday’s Petersfield Town Council meeting.
