DAVID Wilson Homes’ Heritage Quarter development in Bordon has started off on the right foot, achieving top marks in the prestigious ‘Built for Life’ accreditation.

The building firm is creating 144 homes as part of the regeneration of the East Hampshire town, and says the accolade is proof of its commitment to creating the very best new communities.

‘Built for Life’ approval is designed to give homebuyers confidence that important design elements during the planning process have been checked. Developments are judged on a rigorous 12 point system.

Scoring highly in all 12 categories, homes built at Heritage Quarter have been designed to integrate into the community as well as providing a safe and secure environment in which to live.

Managing director at David Wilson Homes Tim Hill said: “We are thrilled that the quality of homes at Heritage Quarter has been recognised.

“It’s a credit to our design team.”
