AN ALTON firm is celebrating after winning an award in the National Apprenticeship Awards for the South East and London.
Pinetree Enterprises Ltd won the Small Apprentice Employer of the Year award during the ceremony held at the St Paul’s Aldersgate Conference Centre in London.
Now in its 14th year, the awards celebrate the hard work of both employers and individual apprentices and showcases the many success stories and the benefits of apprenticeships.
Managing director Martyn Kiddey said:?“I am very pleased that we have been recognised with an award for Apprentice of the Year Small Employer.
“My biggest win, however, is in discovering the apprenticeship scheme and the benefits we have gained from the five apprentices we have employed. Every company benefits from sales and marketing, but having help in training our team has been invaluable.” National award winners will be announced at a ceremony in January.
