PETERSFIELD company Bluebird Care has been awarded Franchisor of the Year at the British Franchise Association HSBC Franchisor of the Year Awards 2017.

The national provider of homecare was named Franchisor of the Year due to the company’s excellent employee support, culture, innovation and commitment to franchising ethics.

Acting as a franchisor since 2006, Bluebird Care provides both tailored care visits and live-in support for children, young adults, older people and those caring for people with specialist needs across the UK and the Republic of Ireland – which is operated under a master franchise agreement.

Speaking of the award, Chief operating officer at Bluebird Duncan Berry said: “Initiatives like the franchise awards encourage the industry to maintain a high standard, and we are delighted to be part of this success.
