PETERSFIELD residents in the Bell Hill electoral ward are being reminded that they will have to vote at Penns Place in the forthcoming by-election.

Their normal polling station, the Air Training Corps hut off Beckham Lane, isn’t available for the East Hampshire District Council by-election on Thursday, March 8.

Candidates are: Steve Elder, Labour Party; Jamie Matthews, Independent; David Podger, Liberal Democrat; Clive Shore, Conservative; and Jim Makin, UKIP. Residents will be able to vote in the council offices at Penns Place from 7am to 10pm on election day.
