EAST Hampshire District Council car parks are set to get a £145,000 facelift.

The money will be spent on car parks across the district from Alton to Horndean.

It will go towards resurfacing, patching up potholes, re-painting white lines, footpath repairs, replacing kerbs and more.

In Petersfield £65,000 will be spent on repair work in the central car park and the Festival Hall car park.
