A PETERSFIELD care company has been taking Christmas out to the elderly folk it looks after.
The team from Safe Harbour Homecare of Park Road off the central car park has been super busy making the Christmas season that little bit extra special.
It’s been a busy month for the Safe Harbour elves, Emma and Mel, who kicked off the Christmas celebrations with their annual Christmas- present drop.
A Safe Harbour spokesman said: “Personally delivering the gifts by hand in the Safe Harbour cars and spending some time catching up with our service users is always such a special time for everyone involved and it’s always wonderful seeing all those Christmas smiles.
“The team has also been helping the Liphook Day Centre with the Christmas lunches, which Safe Harbour Homecare has sponsored this year.
“Two wonderful days of turkey, pigs in blankets, stuffing, crackers, paper hats, and dancing away the afternoon has been a ball.
“Rudolf and Santa, Annette and Clare from the office, joined the elves to help make everyone have a wonderful day and one to remember.
“We want to thank our wonderful team for making an extra-special effort to help our service users and those at the Liphook Day Centre enjoy the festive season that little bit more.
“They certainly looked like they enjoyed themselves and had a spring in their step as they jived to some Christmas favourites.”
Safe Harbour Homecare is part of The Platinum Solutions Group, providing home care for people and across Hampshire. Safe Harbour has more than 50 years of experience in the care field, and is always looking for new carers to join the team.
