STUDYING “Jesus’ other job” is what the Rev Will Hughes, of St Peter’s Church, Petersfield, will be doing on a three-month sabbatical, which started today (Monday).

He was entitled to the break having served in the same area for ten years, and has opted to learn woodwork and furniture making. He is also looking forward to spending more time with his family. St Peter’s would be very well looked after in his absence, he said.
