THE CHRISTMAS Fair at Liphook Village Hall on Saturday was a big success, say organisers.

There was plenty of festive cheer at the fair, as well as refreshments, a cake stall, outside traders and a tombola.

The fair raised money for Liphook Day Centre and The Rosemary Foundation. A total of £732.80 was raised at the fair and will be split between the two good causes.

One of the organisers of the fair, Shirley Bowley, said: “We raised more than last year and are really pleased with the total we raised.

“We had to count the amount three times as we didn’t believe it.

“I would like to thank everybody who helped and made sure the fair went well, and Allison Price at The Rosemary Foundation.”
