A VISIT by the Bishop Christopher Foster of Portsmouth to St John’s Church in Langrish saw him conduct a ‘fifth Sunday’ service, when the congregations of Warnford, East Meon, West Meon, and Langrish churches worship together. He said, “I am delighted to be back in this lovely church on this special day.” The Rev Jane Ball, of East Meon and Langrish parishes, and the Rev Lionel Stock, of West Meon and Warnford, parishes helped during the service. All eight church wardens were warmly greeted by the Bishop.
