EAST Hampshire District Council is to host a Community Energy Workshop to help parish councils get money for energy projects.

Councillor Adam Carew said: “I have invited all town and parish councils and green groups in East Hampshire to a Community Energy at

Penns Place to promote what we are doing as a council and specifically to show how communities can access the Rural Community Energy Fund. Places at the workshop on Friday, December 11, are on a first come first served basis and will also be made available to district councillors if we have spaces. It is hoped the event will repeat early next year.”
