A CONTROVERSIAL film from 1970, Zabriskie Point, is Sheet Film Club’s next choice.
It examines youth alienation in the United States in the late 1960s – hippies, drugs, anti-war movements, materialism and casual violence by the state.
The screening of this cult movie, at Sheet Village Hall on February 22 at 7.30pm, is open to the public as well as club members. Tickets are £6 on the door.
The club is organising a film quiz night at the village hall on March 3.
