A VISITING group from Petersfield’s twin town in Germany has made a blooming lovely gesture to their hosts.
The Petersfield Twinning Association (PTA) was recently presented with a rose by their counterparts in Warendorf.
It was planted in the Twinning Garden, near the entrance to the Festival Hall, during a ceremony attended by PTA chairman David Jeffery, Town Mayor Hilary Ayer, and the town council’s head gardener, Dugg Bugg.
