JUDY CORNWELL stars as Fairy Bowbells in the rags-to-riches family pantomime adventure Dick Whittington.
The production is running at Guildford’s Yvonne Arnaud Theatre this Christmas until Sunday, January 7.
Judy is most remembered as Daisy, the long-suffering sister of Hyacinth Bucket in five series of the hugely popular BBC television series Keeping Up Appearances and Mrs Claus in the Christmas favourite, Santa Claus the Movie.
Supreme cabaret performer and definitive panto baddie Kit Hesketh-Harvey lords it over everyone as the rebellious King Rat.
Meanwhile, Surrey and Hampshire breakfast show host, Eagle Radio’s Peter Gordon is cooking up a storm as Sarah the Cook, ready to whisk you a merry Christmas.
Panto favourite Jamie Brook plays Idle Jack. From Agatha Christie’s The Mousetrap, Nick Barclay has the job of playing Alderman Fitzwarren.
Fresh from playing dashing Rolf Gruber in the UK tour of The Sound of Music, Kane Verrall is in the title role of Dick Whittington. Georgie Leatherland will portray the trusty feline friend, Tommy the Cat.
Performance Preparation Academy’s Natalie Turner completes the cast as Alice Fitzwarren.
