MAINTENANCE and improvement work is due to go ahead on the A3 in the coming week.

The Stoke Interchange southbound exit slip road will be closed overnight, between 10pm and 6am, on Tuesday, March 1 and the Burpham northbound entry slip road will be closed overnight, between 10pm and 6am, on Wednesday, March 2. Clearly signed diversions will be in place via the A3100 or next available junction.

Work to maintain road user safety through the Hindhead Tunnel takes place this week. The northbound tunnel will be closed overnight, between 10pm and 6am, from Monday, February 29, for four nights. Road users will be diverted through the southbound tunnel in contraflow under a 40mph speed limit.

Liss southbound exit and entry slip roads and the Longmoor northbound entry slip road will be closed overnight, between 10pm and 6am, on Monday 29 February, 29, for light maintenance. Clearly signed diversions will be in place via the B2070 or next available junction.
