AUTOTEST returns to Penns Place, Petersfield, on August 14, with young drivers put through their paces on a track outside the offices of East Hampshire District Council. Young people between 14 and 21 years are tested on their precision in a car rather than speed. The authority organises the event in conjunction with the Southsea Motor Club.
