PETERSFIELD home hospice charity The Rosemary Foundation has received early Christmas presents courtesy of the Emsworth Flower Club and the Solent Metal Detecting Club.

At their Christmas lunch, flower club president Christine Knight presented Rosemary Foundation chairman Dr Patricia Golding with a cheque for £4,065.

The money was raised over the past year after a daughter of one of the club members was helped by The Rosemary Foundation.

The metal detectorists donated £1,750 from fees paid by members during 2017 to take part in ‘dig days.’

It was presented to The Rosemary Foundation team at their annual Christmas fair.
