East Hampshire's motorists will have six road closures to avoid nearby on the National Highways network this week.

And three of them are expected to cause delays of between 10 and 30 minutes.

The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that one closure already in place is expected to carry on this week:

A3, from 8pm October 10 to 6am November 2, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A3 southbound, Berelands, carriageway closure between the exit and entry slips roads for structures maintenance.

And a further five closures will begin over the next two weeks:

A3, from 8pm October 17 to 5am October 18, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): A3 northbound, Liphook, entry slip road and lane closure for barrier repairs, diversion via National Highways Network.

A3, from 8pm October 19 to 6am October 20, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): A3 northbound, Horndean to QE2 Country Park, carriageway closure for maintenance works.

A3, from 8pm October 23 to 6am October 24, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A3 northbound, Thursley to Milford, slip road and lane closures for maintenance works.

A3, from 9pm October 23 2023 to 6am February 29 2024, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A3 both directions Hindhead Tunnel, Contraflow for electrical work.

M3, from 9pm October 25 to 6am October 26, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M3 northbound, junction 5, exit slip closure for maintenance works.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
