The northbound carriageway will be closed between junctions 2 and 1, from 10am on Monday, August 14, until 6am the following morning.
The southbound carriageway will be closed from 10pm on Tuesday, August 15, for eight hours with traffic being diverted via the A3 Portsmouth Road and London Road.
The southbound exit and northbound entry slip roads at junction 1 (Clanfield) will also be closed for eight hours from 10pm on Wednesday and Thursday, respectively.
