CHURCHER’S College students celebrated their A Level results – and the school celebrated a record breaking 307 students gaining passes.
Jack Stubbings, from Petersfield, is to study history and politics at Durham University after getting an A* and two A passes. He said: “I was very nervous, but got what I needed, bang on, which was brilliant.”
Crispin Glancy, of Sheet, got two As and a C in maths, music and chemistry, and said: “I was nervous, but, as I hope to go to drama school, the results weren’t vital.”
Emily Giffin (18), of Petersfield, got A*s in French, Spanish, and English literature, which earns her a place at Trinity College, Cambridge. She said: “I hope to get a job with the UN, or something similar.”
Gareth Walters achieved A*s in maths, further maths, and physics, and said: “I can’t quite believe it – now I’m going to Oxford University to study engineering.”
