THE RAINBOW Nursery School in Froxfield has been rated as ‘outstanding’ by Ofsted.

The nursery was rated as outstanding in all of the Ofsted categories.

The Ofsted report said: “Staff have an excellent knowledge of children’s learning and development.

“They provide children with an outstanding range of opportunities that inspire them in their play.

“Children are motivated to initiate many play activities themselves, using the well thought-out range of toys and resources in the nursery.”

Rainbow Nursery School staff member Ruth Hiscock said: “We are over the moon with this rating by Ofsted.”

Rainbow Nursery School registered in 2006. It is open during term time on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 9am and 3pm, and on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 9am and noon.
