PUPILS at Bedales Prep School, Dunhurst, enjoyed a musical treat when renowned musical virtuoso Arthur Lipner delivered a workshop and performance at the school in Steep.

Arthur has made a name for himself as an internationally renowned percussionist and composer, and the pupils heard his best selling compositions for vibraphone and marimba, as well as some jazz standards played with Bedales pupils.

Dunhurst music teacher Simon Whittaker said: “He delivered inspirational master classes on everything from playing jazz harmony, to playing the marimba with four mallets.”
