EAST Hampshire parents are to pay more for their children’s school dinners.

From April 11, the price of meals will rise by 10p to £2.10, because of the rising cost of ingredients and increased production costs, says Hampshire County Council. But the council insists the new price of a two course, freshly cooked dinner is still good value.
