PETERSFIELD students have been given a lesson in creativity, leadership and resilience to prepare them for life after school.

Hundreds of students at The Petersfield School took part in a series of mental and physical challenges during a ‘Game Changer Day’ which aimed to teach them essential skills which are sought after in the business and enterprise community.

Team-building was a big part of the inaugural event as activities included ‘Command’ tasks with students being challenged to build a shelter and cross a river with limited materials.

Teachers also shared stories of ‘game changers’ in literature, science, engineering, politics, the arts and sport with students.
