QUEEN Elizabeth Country Park holds its big family bike ride and fun day on Saturday, October 10, in aid of Giving Africa.
The event gives families the opportunity to have a safe cycle ride plus added entertainment and refreshments.
The event is held in Bottom Field, starting at 11am with registration. The bike ride starts at 11.30am, with shorter rides also available.
From 11.30am-3pm there are fun games and challenges, Punch and Judy shows, a bouncy castle, face painting, cakes, raffle, barbecue and refreshments.

Fernhurst scouts deliver a first-class ChristmasAt 2.45pm, certificates will be handed out.
Included in the ticket price is a goody bag with snacks and bottle of water, bouncy castle, Punch and Judy shows, a magician, fun challenges and races, a certificate for all participants, and live music.
St John Ambulance and marshalls will be on hand.
