A boutique in Petersfield town centre has closed less than 12 months after a five-year lease was signed.

Bosses at Peony say it’s a “real shame” they had to close their Rams Walk store in late April, citing “many different factors” for the decision.

The independent fashion brand moved into the unit following a successful run as a pop-up in 2025 but there is no plans to repeat that move, with the retailer now focusing on its three stores in Sussex.

Meanwhile, the Natural Food Deli remains up for sale following its shock closure more than a month ago.

The premises is available to lease, or to purchase as a Transfer of Going Concern at a below market value to interested parties.
