Another week, another fly-tipping incident on a rural lane in East Hampshire to report.
The Post & Herald came across this saddening pile on the road between East Tisted and Selborne around 2pm on Thursday (March 12).
It looks like the contents of a garden has been dumped on a layby around 200 yards west of the Hullam Lane staggered crossroads south of Newton Valence.
A hutch, pallets, a baby bouncer, wooden batons and soft play fencing were among the items left close to a bridleway by a thoughtless and selfish driver.
We’ve reported it to East Hampshire District Council but if anyone recognises anything in the pile, or may have information about who dumped it, please contact EHDC on 01730 234295.
